Step-by-Step Guide

1. Step 1 — Select Your Garment & Colour

   Choose from our hi-vis vests, jackets or trousers. Then pick your colour (yellow, orange or specialist options). If a non-standard colour is selected, an additional charge may apply — the price updates instantly as you make changes.

   Tip: Ordering more items reduces the unit price. Quantity discounts are applied automatically.

2. Step 2 — Upload Your Logo or Add Text

   Uploading a Logo

   • Click Upload Image/Logo and choose your file.
   • Use high-resolution artwork (300 dpi PNG) or vector formats (SVG/EPS) where possible.
   • Need to remove a white background? Use the background-removal option or ask us in your notes.
   • Colour note: Some logo colours can look different on hi-vis fabrics; provide Pantone refs if you need exact matches.

   Adding Custom Text

   • Add your text, choose font and colour, and select positions (front, back, sleeve etc.).
   • Pricing updates automatically based on text size and number of print areas.

3. Step 3 — Review Your Design & Pricing

   As you adjust colours, placements and quantities, the price updates live. Use the preview to check layout and sizing before adding to basket.

   Heads-up: Very fine text or tiny details may not reproduce perfectly on hi-vis material.

4. Step 4 — Place Your Order & Checkout

   Once you’re happy with your design, click Add to Basket, choose your delivery (including Express delivery options, as little as same day), and checkout. Our team reviews every order and will contact you if there are any artwork concerns.
