This custom printed white Centurion Reflex safety helmet with slip ratchet can be directly printed to the front or sides and the rear of the helmet has a minimum order qty of just 20 helmets that can be ordered in multiples of 20 of the same print colour with e.g. 20,40 60, 80, 120,160 etc. We can also print different colours with the same helmet as long as 20 helmets in total.

Add your logo or logos to the helmet and see the price change depending on how many logos and how many colours you choose to have the logo printed on your helmet. We will emboss the helmets using UV Inks overlaminate with protective varnish that give a superior long lasting better scratch and fade resistance. See here for information how we print the helmets

This Centurion helmet is made from HDPE materials and is treated to accept inks or uv printing for the logo that can be screen UV or pad printed to the front, side or even rear of the helmet. Just upload your logo and choose how many colours from the drop-down, you would like us to print, depending on how many colours are in the logo the cost rises the more colours printed.

UV printing is available on helmets for those who don't require the usual high quantities, this is new technology gives an almost 3D type effect, slightly raised vibrant anti fade and anti scratch print that can be used on quantities even as low as 20 customised hard hats.

This produces very hard wearing, clear crisp prints in any colour and the machine then adds a durable overgloss protective layer that keeps the logo vibrant for longer than normal direct ink and we then apply that logo to the helmets.

These printed safety helmets come in a variety of colours. Simply select the colour you need, upload your logo, and we will send a print proof of your personalised hard hats for approval within 24-48 hours.

Although they are personalised, our custom hard hats do not compromise safety €“ your logo is printed directly onto the safety helmet using UV printing or ink methods, and you can select a maximum of 6 different colours (cost increases with each). Each helmet features a 6-point poly harness, a precision 1,2,3, point harness and 1 touch 3D slip ratchet adjustment, and it is designed to be compatible with a range of Centurion products. It also is fully compliant with BS EN397 standards. 

A minimum of 20 custom safety helmets all in the same colour can be ordered at any one time;(all the helmets must be the same colour and all the prints colours must be the same) but if you require less than this, we also offer a safety helmet logo sticker service, which may be more suitable for your needs. Due to the personalised nature of our printed hard hats, please allow 7-10 work days for them to be printed unless express logo service has been chosen.
