This personalised - Safety Helmet JSP EvoLite with Slip Ratchet can be directly printed with ink to the front or sides and rear of the helmet (not stickers)has to be ordered in multiples of 20 of the same print colour and the same helmet colour with a minimum order qty of just 20 helmets.

This JSP helmet is made from HDPE materials and is treated to accept inks for the logo that can be screen or pad printed to the front, side or even rear of the helmet. Just upload your logo and choose how many colours from the drop-down, you would like us to print, depending on how many colours are in the logo the cost rises the more colours printed.

You can upload your logo and it can be printed in up to 6 colours only. Each colour is charged separately, so choosing the one colour print will be the lowest cost.

These printed safety helmets come in a variety of colours. Simply select the colour you need, upload your logo, and we will send a print proof of your personalised hard hats for approval within 48 hours. The size of the print area to the front of this safety helmet is 80x35mm and delivery is usually less than 2 weeks for direct print at manufacture.

Why have we chosen this JSP Safety helmet for custom-printed personalised logos? Simple really, you see not all safety helmets can be personalised, more specifically cheaper hdpe ones don't have the right coating to allow the inks in your custom logo to bond for a good print. Choosing this JSP safety helmet to add your custom logo ensures the best quality helmets and good logo printing.

Although they are personalised, our custom hard hats do not compromise on safety €“ your logo is printed directly onto the safety helmet using ink and you can select a maximum of 6 different ink colours (cost increases with each). Each helmet features a 6-point poly harness, a precision 1,2,3 which is designed to be compatible with a range of JSP products. It also comes fitted with a sweatband.

A minimum of 20 custom hard hats all in the same colour can be ordered at any one time;(all the helmets must be the same colour and all the prints colours must be the same) but if you require less than this, we also offer a safety helmet logo sticker service, which may be more suitable for your needs. Due to the personalised nature of our printed hard hats, please allow two weeks for them to be printed.
