Portwest PS53 Personalised Safety Helmet 

This custom printed safety helmet with can be directly printed to the front or sides and the rear of the helmet with UV Embossed inked logo.  There is a minimum order qty of just 20 helmets that can be ordered online.

Add your logo or logos to the helmet and see the price change depending on how many logos and how many colours you choose to have the logo printed on your helmet.

UV printing is available on helmets for those who don't require the usual high quantities, this is new technology gives an almost 3D type effect, slightly raised vibrant anti fade and anti scratch print that can be used on quantities even as low as 20 customised hard hats.

This produces very hard wearing, clear crisp prints in any colour and the machine then adds a durable overgloss protective layer that keeps the logo vibrant for longer than normal direct ink and we then apply that logo to the helmets.

What colour safety helmet should you wear on site ?
Build UK have devised a safety helmet colour code that some sites make use of which is. 
White helmet for Site Managers, Competent Operatives, or Vehicle Marshals
Orange helmet for slinger or signaller
Black helmet for Supervisors
Blue helmet for all other site workers 
It is important to realise that this isn't a legal requirement, though more and more sites are adopting this colour code for safety helmets use on sites. Network Rail‚„s PPE standard only permits white and blue helmets when working on its infrastructure.

This Portwest PS53 helmet is a safety helmet that is ideal for working at heights due to its lightweight design and unimpeded upward visibility (thanks to the lack of a peak). Made from a strong ABS shell, it offers electrical insulation and a comfortable, adjustable fit. The helmet boasts a long lifespan, chin strap, and compatibility with various accessories for enhanced safety and user experience. It can easily be printed by just uploading your logo and choosing how many colours from the drop-down, you would like us to print, depending on how many colours are in the logo the cost rises the more colours printed.

Add a personal touch to your hard hats with our custom logo printed safety helmet. We offer a fantastic UV print service to our safety helmets, whereby your companies logo can be printed onto the front or rear.

These printed safety helmets come in a variety of colours. Simply select the colour you need, upload your logo, and we will send a print proof of your personalised hard hats for approval within 24 hours. The size of the print area to the front of this safety helmet is 80x35mm and delivery is 7-10 working days unless express logo service is chosen at checkout *charges apply.  For direct print at manufacture, we can use direct ink.

Although they are personalised, our custom hard hats do not compromise safety ‚œ your logo is printed directly onto the safety helmet using UV printing or ink methods, and you can select a maximum of 6 different colours (cost increases with each). 

A minimum of 20 custom safety helmets all in the same colour can be ordered at any one time;(all the helmets must be the same colour and the all the prints colours must be the same) but if you require less than this, we also offer a safety helmet logo sticker service, which may be more suitable for your needs. Due to the personalised nature of our printed hard hats, please allow 7-10 work days for them to be printed unless express logo service has been chosen.
